About Me
Cristiana Moschini Dubois • Trainer
I support teams as well as professionals and executives in navigating intercultural challenges – whether in international projects, everyday global work, or assignments abroad. My goal is to create spaces where people can meet, understand each other, and grow together.
As a trainer, consultant, and conflict mediator, I work in a hands-on, experience-based way – drawing on over 20 years of experience, solid theoretical knowledge, and a clear focus on what really matters: the people.
My expertise is centered on European and Latin cultures, complemented by systemic thinking and a structured, solution-focused approach.
