Bridging Differences, Strengthening Connections

Individual Consulting for Intercultural Challenges

Sometimes the real challenges in intercultural work happen between the lines—uncertainty in diverse teams, misunderstandings arising from different communication styles, or tensions around differing approaches to everyday work.

I help you navigate these situations, overcome barriers, and find practical ways to build trust and meaningful relationships.

 Clarity, Confidence, Results

Targeted Support for International Collaboration

Whether taking preventive steps to strengthen teamwork, addressing acute conflicts, or managing simmering tensions, I provide structured, hands-on support.

With intercultural expertise, mediation skills, and over 20 years of experience in international contexts, I create a safe space for reflection, understanding, and actionable solutions. Combining a systemic perspective with a sensitive, practical approach, I help you gain clarity and confidence.

The outcome: clearer communication, stronger collaboration, and sustainable results—so you can approach every interaction with assurance and clarity.

 Between Cultures, Beyond Boundaries

Intercultural Competence for Sustainable Business Success

Why Intercultural Competence?
My motivation is deeply rooted in my own biography: I am Italian, born and raised in Mantova in Lombardy, and have lived in Germany since the early 1990s. These two worlds—the Mediterranean, Romance-culture environment and Central European Germany—have given me a unique sensitivity to diversity and to the ways people relate to one another.

My Professional Foundation
Studying communication taught me how varied and complex our communicative structures can be—especially in international teams and projects. I spent several years working in international sales for an Italian textile company in the fashion industry, gaining valuable insights into the dynamics of global markets. As a trainer in Italian language and culture, I further developed my skills by engaging directly with people from diverse backgrounds. Extended projects and stays in Southern Africa broadened my perspective and deepened my intercultural expertise. Over the past 20 years, I have continuously refined and applied this knowledge in practical, real-world contexts.

My Focus Today
At Open Cultures, my work centers on consulting, training, and coaching. I work with international companies across industries, as well as leaders in healthcare and social sectors—where the importance of sensitive, respectful, and effective intercultural collaboration is increasingly pivotal.
