I am a Europe specialist. Open Cultures focuses on Germany, Italy, and other European countries where Romance languages are spoken, as well as on the integration of international employees and executives in Germany.
I adapt to the needs of my clients. For group trainings, a recommended number of participants is between nine and twelve.

The duration of conflict mediation depends on the scope and complexity of the conflict.
In simple cases, a few sessions are often sufficient, while more complex conflicts may require a longer process. A single session usually lasts 1 to 3 hours. In most cases, three to six sessions are recommended for a complete resolution.
