Communicating with Respect and Understanding

“Good Relationships – Good Business: Collaboration Between Germany, Italy, and France”

Strong collaboration is built on trust, mutual respect, and intercultural awareness. In this interactive training, your employees will develop a deeper awareness of their own cultural background and perspectives. They will also learn to view differences in communication, work styles, and leadership across Germany, Italy, and France as opportunities—strengthening relationships, expanding networks, and driving sustainable business success.

 New Perspectives – Deep Understanding

When People from France, Italy, and Germany Come Together

We work with scientifically grounded cultural dimensions and real-life case studies drawn from participants’ own experiences. This prepares your employees to collaborate effectively and confidently in a European context.

In this seminar, participants will learn to:

  • Reflect on their own cultural background

  • Recognize and navigate cultural challenges
  • Adapt their communication appropriately across different situations and cultures

Who benefits most:

  • International teams operating in Europe—for example, during mergers, cross-border projects, or remote collaboration with France, Italy, Germany, and beyond

  • Employees in client-facing roles or sales, who interact daily with business partners from different European cultures
  • Leaders with international responsibilities, managing teams across multiple locations or making decisions in multicultural contexts

 Creating Space for Dialogue

Case Study – Good Relationships, Good Business

After the merger of an Italian holding company with a French enterprise, a German sales organization was integrated into the new structure. Complex change processes, different communication styles—both in person and in writing—diverse expectations of leadership, and varying approaches to decision-making posed challenges that extended far beyond day-to-day operations.

In our training, participants gained a deeper understanding of their international colleagues’ viewpoints and needs and, by shifting perspectives, learned to adapt their communication to different situations. This laid the foundation for smooth collaboration and strong networks.
