Open Cultures trains employees of the health industry to improve their communication skills through new, culture oriented perspectives. Employees learn how to reflect on their cultural behaviour and recognise inherent value systems. Important intercultural aspects, such as how to build trust, scheduling, distance and closeness, religious values and hierarchies, are conveyed using examples, exercises and short talks.
